How far in advance should I book?
For Saturdays in your preferred city, we recommend 4–6 weeks. Weekday parties can often be booked 1–2 weeks out. Holiday periods (school holidays, December) fill 2–3 months ahead, so book early if your heart's set on a date.
What if it rains?
Our characters perform indoors and outdoors. If the weather turns, we adapt — most of our games and storytelling work brilliantly inside. We carry all-weather costumes for our performers and have never cancelled a party for rain.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Full refund up to 14 days before your event. Inside 14 days we'll happily reschedule to any available date within 12 months at no extra cost. Kids get sick, things happen — we get it.
Do you travel outside your three cities?
Sometimes, for the right event. We've performed in Queenstown, Tauranga, Hamilton, Rotorua and even in the Coromandel. Get in touch — travel beyond metro areas adds a small fee, always quoted upfront before you commit.
Is this really better than just buying a costume?
Honestly? A costume disappears when the box is opened. A real character — singing, listening, remembering your child's name — stays in their head for years. That said, if you're after a budget option, we genuinely recommend our 1-hour Princess Party over a costume hire. Same magic, a fraction of the work.
